Facebook Advertising Ban Lifted

March 4, 2021

This past cycle digital and social media advertising was a roller coaster ride. The last time I touched base was to inform you of the political ad ban enacted by Facebook in the wake of the 2020 elections.
Yesterday, Facebook announced that this ban is officially being reversed with today, March 4th, being the first day political advertising is fully opened.

We saw a lot of turmoil in the political advertising world last cycle with pressure to battle misinformation, increase transparency, or outright ban ads altogether. As consultants and creators, we worked with you through all of these moments to ensure your message was not only reaching your voters but that it was grabbing their attention and their votes.

Social media and digital advertising will continue to be essential in 2022 and beyond. Voters are constantly connected to the digital world with screen time for the average American jumping to 6 hours a day since the start of the COVID-19 crisis. Now more than ever digital and social media advertising is the way to talk to your voters and get them to know you as a candidate.
You need a firm that understands this. At RightVoter, we go far beyond general consulting. We know the world of digital and social media. We have the creative and eye-catching designs that will get you noticed and your voters talking.

Reach out today to talk to myself or our Account Executive, Phillip Habib, about how we can work together to help you with your digital or social media goals.

We craft strategies to help you win.

At Ascent Strategic, we devise winning strategies for candidates and political organizations. We'd love to see what we can help you achieve.

The Stuff No One Tells You About Hiring Your Campaign Staff

By Derek Dufresne (Partner) If there’s one thing I’ve learned after enough campaign cycles to measure my life in yard signs, it’s this: your team will make or break you long before voters do. Candidates obsess over messaging, polling, yard signs, and TV ads— but the...

What Voters See Before They Hear You

By Amanda Biundo (VP of Creative & Marketing) Before a voter reads a word or listens to a sentence, they have already formed a judgment. It happens in the blink of an eye, and research shows people form first impressions in as little as 50 milliseconds. That...
