NEWSLETTER: Ascent in Orlando

February 7, 2025

By Kory Wood (Partner)

Our team meeting in Orlando was highly productive and engaging, centered around strengthening our team’s cohesion and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. The primary objective was to get everyone in the same room to get to know each other, allowing us to strengthen interpersonal relationships and improve communication. The shared experience created a strong sense of unity and trust within the group, setting the foundation for better teamwork moving forward.

A significant portion of our time was dedicated to reviewing the 2024 election cycle. We took a deep dive into the successes and challenges we faced, evaluating the impact of our strategies and how they shaped our performance. Reflecting on these experiences, we identified key lessons that will influence our approach in the upcoming cycles. This review was crucial in helping us align our goals as we continue to expand and refine our strategies based on what we learned.

Looking ahead to the 2025/2026 election cycle, we discussed how best to serve our clients through innovative technology and forward-thinking strategy. We explored new tools and platforms that could streamline our processes and enhance our overall effectiveness. The goal was to equip ourselves with the right resources to deliver exceptional value to our clients, ensuring we remain at the forefront of an evolving political landscape. By combining technology with smart, targeted strategies, we’re poised to support our clients in achieving success in the upcoming election cycles.
