Plus: Four additional firms to better serve growing list of clients

WASHINGTON, MANCHESTER, CHARLESTON, INDIANAPOLIS – The founding partners of the political consulting firm RightVoter, Michael Biundo, Andrew Boucher, Derek Dufresne, and Kory Wood, today announced the formation of Ascent Strategic, a new strategic and political consulting firm.

Ascent Strategic will serve as the team’s general consulting firm as well as the parent company for four additional companies: Conversion Creative, specializing in design, direct mail, and digital services; Engagement Strategies, which will focus on phone, texting, and voter contact; Amplify Public Affairs, which will serve the firm’s public policy clients; and Pivotal Research, which will perform voter identification and opposition research.

Partners Michael Biundo, Andrew Boucher, Derek Dufresne, and Kory Wood issued a joint statement:

“RightVoter had a wildly successful 2020 cycle, with 24 victories around the country. As a team, we’ve continued to grow and add new products and services. The launch of Ascent will enable us to continue to grow and better serve the needs of our clients. While the core team may be the same, this isn’t a rebranding. It’s the launch of a new company. Stay tuned for more announcements to come.”

We craft strategies to help you win.

At Ascent Strategic, we devise winning strategies for candidates and political organizations. We'd love to see what we can help you achieve.
